Your role and responsibilities:
Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting as the first point of contact for clients, managing inquires, and providing expert guidance
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- Assisting clients with foreign exchange transactions and related queries
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Continuously developing an understanding of foreign exchange markets and industry trends to offer an informed service to clients
- Overseeing the central client mailbox, ensuring timely management of client communications, and maintaining accurate updates to internal systems, records, and documents in alignment with client interactions
