About the Internship Programme

Eligibility Criteria
Nationality: Must be a citizen of a member country of the NDB.
Age: Applicants must not be older than 30 years at the time of application.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential.
Work Experience: Candidates should have no more than one year of work experience.
Educational Background:
- Must have completed graduate or postgraduate studies within the last 12 months OR be currently enrolled in a relevant postgraduate programme.
- Relevant fields include (but are not limited to): Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, Environmental Science, and Social Sciences.
- Availability: Applicants must be able to commit to full-time hours for the duration of the internship.
Stipend: Interns will receive a stipend of USD 150 per working day.
Duration: The internship period ranges from a minimum of 1 month to a maximum of 3 months, based on business needs and visa eligibility.
