We are looking for 2 x Harvest Interns for an internship of 4 months (January 2026 – 30 April 2026) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will report directly to the Winemaking Team.
Key areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:
• Grape data collection and intake;
• Yeast preparation;
• Wine and must additions;
• Fermentation control;
• Racking of wine;
• Pressing;• Barrel Work;
• Cleaning of the cellar and cellar equipment;
• Working extended hours as and when required.
Skills and competencies:
• Strong attention to detail;
• Reliable;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Able to function well within a dynamic team;
• Able to work in a fast pace environment;
• Following instructions accurately.
Requirements:
• Oenology degree/diploma;
• Reliable transport to and from work.
