Educational Requirements

Application Criteria:

  • Be a South African Citizen, between the ages of 18 and 25
  • Completed Matric/Grade 12
  • Passed English - 60% or higher and one other language
  • Passed Maths – 50%
  • Passed Maths literacy 60% or higher
  • Not currently studying
  • Not currently registered for any learnership program
  • Not have previously participated in a formal learnership program in the insurance industry
  • Currently unemployed or has not been employed in a corporate environment for more than six months
  • Computer literacy is an advantage
