BSI Office Admin Internship 2025

The BSI Office Admin Internship 2025 is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient office operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing support to staff and management. The role plays a key part in maintaining an organized, professional, and productive office environment.( Please ensure that the Candidates are funded)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-functioning work environment.

• Manage office correspondence, emails, phone calls, and other communications professionally.

• Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems accurately.

• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.

• Coordinate office supplies, inventory management, and procurement.

• Support finance with basic administrative tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.

• Ensure compliance with office policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

• Liaise with external service providers, vendors, and stakeholders as required.

• Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by the management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Matric Certificate

• Diploma or Degree in Office Administration, Business Management, or related field.

• No experience in office administration or related role is preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
