Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Support senior project managers in coordinating creative, digital, and strategy teams.
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies across active projects.
- Prepare meeting notes, action lists, and status updates for internal and client reviews.
- Help maintain Magnetic project boards and ensure data accuracy.
- Learn how to build project schedules, estimate resources, and monitor progress.
- Assist with quality control to ensure final outputs meet brief and brand standards.
- Studying for, or has a, Degree or diploma in Project Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
- A genuine interest in creative industries, marketing, and digital platforms.
- You must live in Cape Town and be able to travel to our offices in Upper Wynberg.
