Wits Health Consortium is hosting the Yes4Youth Programme for 2025/2026. This programme aims to transform the lives of unemployed youth by providing access to employment opportunities, income generation, skills development, and personal growth.
Minimum Requirements
- Applicants must be Black South Africans as defined by the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) Act. This includes individuals who are African, Coloured, or Indian and hold South African citizenship.
- Must be between 18 and 29 years old.
- Must be currently unemployed.
- Must not have participated in a YES Programme previously with another organisation.
- Candidates should demonstrate a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to the programme.

- Banking Administrator (x1) – Diploma or Degree in Business Management or a related field - Reference: YES001
- Compliance Administrator (x2) – Degree in Risk Management or a related field - Reference: YES002
- Fleet Administrator (x1) – Higher Certificate or Diploma in Fleet Management or a related field - Reference: YES003
- Grant Administrator (x8) – Diploma or Degree in Accounting - Reference: YES004
- Payroll Clerk (x1) – Grade 12 - Reference: YES005
- Procurement/IT Administrator (x1) – Diploma or Degree in Business Management or Information Technology - Reference: YES006
- HR Administrator (x2) – Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management - Reference: YES007
- Finance Administrator (x7) – Diploma or Degree in Finance Management -Reference: YES008
- Maintenance Assistant (x1) – Grade 12; Trade Qualification will be advantageous - Reference: YES009
