If you’re a graduate, this is your chance to work on real brand projects, gain hands-on experience, and be mentored by industry experts.

 Designed as a fully funded and accredited graduate programme, Publicis Groupe Africa’s Le Cubs programme offers participants hands-on learning. The initiative equips one with essential real-world skills, bridging the gap between education and employment in the advertising and marketing industry.

We are looking for:

  • Copywriters
  • Art directors
  • Multimedia designers

The Le Cubs internship programme serves as a launchpad for talent, innovation, and leadership. 

We want this year’s group to bring fresh energy and potential to the organisation, with graduates embarking on a structured development journey tailored to their career aspirations.

As part of their onboarding, the Le Cubs will receive practical experience, leadership training, and exposure to various aspects of the business, fostering continuous learning and a dynamic workplace culture.

In addition, as a Creative intern, you will contribute to real campaigns, collaborate with creative directors, strategists, and designers, and gain exposure to the full marketing and communication ecosystem.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • South African citizen
  • 2025 graduates 
  • Holding or completing a diploma, degree, or higher qualification in a relevant field
  • Digital arts
  • Graphic design
  • Visual communication / visual design
  • Creative writing
  • Copywriting
  • Multimedia design

Desired skills and attributes

  • Passion for creativity, marketing, storytelling, and brand communication
  • Ability to think conceptually and generate fresh ideas
  • Strong written and/or visual communication skills
  • Basic understanding of digital platforms and content creation
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Creative problem-solving and attention to detail
