Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining accurate HR records and databases.
- Support recruitment activities, including screening CVs and coordinating interviews.
- Help prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR documentation.
- Assist in coordinating employee wellness initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
