Responsibilities
Creative & Design Support
• Assist in design execution by collaborating with designers on weekly artwork, social media content, and marketing materials.
• Edit and format creative assets to align with MyRunway’s brand identity and visual direction.
• Support content creation for digital platforms, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other online channels.
• Manage and schedule social media posts while engaging with MyRunway’s community.
• Support the building of our content database and maintain organized digital assets.
Marketing Strategy & Insights (Developing Over Time)
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor insights, and audience preferences.
• Learn how to interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) and gradually develop analytical skills.
• Brainstorm and contribute to creative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Requirements
• Recent degree with a minimum aggregate of 65% in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital design principles—experience with Canva, Figma, or similar tools is a plus.
• Social media savvy: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & YouTube.
• Copywriting skills with an ability to craft engaging and brand-aligned content.
• Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for fashion marketing.
• Hunger for learning and thriving in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
• Familiar with Email and Mobile Marketing concepts.
• Demonstrated knowledge and interest in Digital Marketing, with an emphasis on Email and Mobile Marketing.
• Knowledge of Copywriting (Preferred).
• Familiar with the latest marketing trends (Preferred).
