Apply for the BIOVAC Corporate Brand Internship Programme 2026. We are looking to hire a dynamic, passionate, confident, proactive and meticulous Corporate Brand Intern (Fixed Term Contract -12 Months) to join a goal-oriented team.
Purpose of the role:
- Assist line manager and team members to provide input and support operational practices.
- Assist with providing stakeholders with on-going feedback until successful completion of tasks
- or projects.
- Partner, assist and support where requested, team members to ensure adequate teamwork
- and achievement of team deliverables.
- Continuously support and prescribe to cGMP within Biovac.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED: Degree/Diploma in relevant field of study.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
- PR Planning and Calendar Assistance
- Assist CB with the implementation of the branding strategy.
- Assist CB by ensuring that all monthly calendars are approved by 15th of each month for the following month and content are approved by 25th
- of each month for publishing the next month.
- Ensure all posts/ publications are approved for go live at least 5 working days prior to go live date.
Social Media Presence
- Assist Human Studio and team with the coordination of content as well as content approvals, ensuring that all SLA's are adhered to.
- Community Management: Track Biovac social media accounts and monitor comments daily. Share a summary report of comments weekly.
- Monitor comments and alert CB of concerning comments/ questions immediately.
- Monitor competitor activity, proactively share interesting news.
Internal Comms
- Form part of the events team to assist with event logistics.
- Assist with developing events, from creative proposals to implementation.
- Assist with all logistics relating to a creative brief.
- Assist CB with managing and despatching BioMERCH orders where need be.
Admin & Reporting
- Assist with the compilation of monthly metrics for Marketing Steercom regarding social media performance, community engagements and
- suggest improvements and/ or risk mitigation.
- Co-ordinate minutes and follow up with attendees on actions requiring implementation prior to next meeting.
- Ensure that all required documentation and graphics are saved in the marketing and communications SharePoint folder for easy access.
- Ensure all stock images, releases, posters, booklets, and other collateral are saved in a way that allows for easy access.
- Assist with processing of service provider payments and liaise with providers to ensure that the required documentation is in place/provided in accordance with the latest Biovac house manual.
- Assist with the compilation of presentations and other documents.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and/or attend meetings with service providers and internal team members.
- Devise templates and content approval flow charts.
- Be prepared for meetings and be ready to share ideas.
Internet and intranet content
- Assist with sourcing news/ updates to share across the organisation
- Monitor internet & intranet sites monthly to ensure content is relevant, up to date and accurate.
External Events
- Assist team with the logistics for Site visits (e.g Sales team Ndoh site visit)
