The Opportunity
Public Relations and Media Support
- Support collaboration with PR agencies and media partners to deliver campaigns and media outreach.
- Assist with media monitoring, coverage tracking, and compiling regular reports on press visibility and impact.
- Draft and proofread media releases, event summaries, and thought-leadership content for review.
- Help maintain and update leadership and company directory profiles to maximize marketing opportunities.
Digital Marketing and Social Media
- Assist in planning, compiling, and scheduling content across social media platforms.
- Support the development and implementation of social media strategies and content calendars.
- Respond to social media inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Track digital performance analytics and provide insights to improve engagement.
- Capture and curate visual content (photos, short videos, infographics) for social and online campaigns.
Website and Online Content Management
- Publish and update website content, including articles, announcements, and leadership profiles.
- Ensure website information is accurate, timely, and aligned with the company’s branding and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to source and develop new online content opportunities.
Events, Branding, and Special Projects
- Support the coordination and promotion of public-facing events, media briefings, and campaigns.
- Contribute to the execution of corporate branding initiatives and ensure visual consistency across materials.
- Assist with the marketing and promotion of deliverables, such as milestones, partnerships, and corporate achievements.
- Support the implementation of special projects that enhance external communication visibility.
Administration and Reporting
- Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks within the communications team.
- Contribute to monthly communication reports summarizing digital analytics, PR activities, and campaign performance.
- Support the maintenance of boilerplates, milestone trackers, and content libraries.
- Serve as backup for collateral distribution and invoice processing.
Who you are
- Tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or Journalism.
- Maximum 1 year of professional work experience.
- Strong writing and digital communication skills.
- Familiarity with content management systems and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of media monitoring and analytics tools is advantageous.
- Creative, organised, and proactive, with an interest in healthcare, innovation, and corporate reputation management.
